- A credit card number is required for initial booking confirmation and no charge will be made.
- Advance Payment: An email will be sent with all the information you need to proceed with payment of the total amount of the stay. This must be made within 24 hours of receiving the email and is non-refundable.

- Cancellation: Please note, in case of cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded.

- Check-in from 2pm and check-out until 12pm - From March to October the City's Municipal Tourist Tax applies, the fee is charged per person / per night.
